The Companion & Companions Review

The Guild's magazine was historically intended to keep Companions and a wider public informed about the Guild: developments on the Guild’s properties and at the Ruskin Collection at the Millennium Gallery in Sheffield; its projects, events and activities; connections with other organisations; in short - what the Guild is doing to further Ruskin’s ideas and values in today’s society. It also carries reviews of recent books and exhibitions relating to Ruskin, historical articles and other features reflecting Ruskin’s remarkably varied interests and projects. In 2022, we have published the first Companions Review, which is a compendium of writing and images submitted by Companions and friends of the Guild during the calendar year 2021, some of which has appeared already in newsletters or the website. We hope you enjoy reading all these editions.
