Within my role of Conservator, I am invited to conduct detailed, tactile surveys of important historic subjects. My survey will be presented to client within an illustrated Conservation Assessment Report (CAR). CAR follows a format that I have developed over thirty years practice. I will then take the conservation project that I have designed within CAR through to implementation with my team of international conservators, stonemasons and labourers.

Why did you become a Companion of the Guild?

I was invited to invited to apply to become a Companion by the eminent Dr Peter Burman MBE. Where Peter leads, I will follow.
